Harmonic Structure Type:
The HST-IV series features a hollow flanged flexspline with a standard cylindrical configuration. The wave generator cam is integrated with an input shaft, and the gearbox is equipped with internal support bearings. It adopts a fully sealed structure, allowing for easy installation. This design is well suited for applications where bevel gears or synchronous belt drives need to be mounted on the input side.

HM Tooth Shape:The product is manufactured using the self-developed HM tooth profile technology, which can improve the performance in terms of precision, strength, rigidity and service lifecompared to the traditional tooth profile.

Long Service Life:By means of the HM tooth shaping process, the wave generator deformation required for gear clamping is small, which reduces the concentrated stress on the wave generat or bearing and allows the machine to have aservice life of 10,000-15,000h.

High Precision:By means of the HM tooth profile process, the number of gear bites reaches one third of the total number of teeth and the errors are averaged out so that the positional and rotary accuracy can be extremely high.

Low Noise Level:Through the HM tooth process, during the operation of the harmonic drive, the gear bite process has a large tooth contact, small slip speed and no sudden change, so the operation is smooth, no impact, low noise.
